Hearing Dogs for Deaf People are the only charity in the UK that train dogs to provide assistance to severely and profoundly deaf adults and children. Our dogs provide practical assistance, emotional support and companionship to our recipients, helping them to leave loneliness behind and reconnect with life. To ensure the success of a partnership and to enable recipients can live a full life, we provide ongoing support, help and guidance.
The support from The Purey Cust Trust has enabled us to continue our important work with recipients in York over the past year.
