Guide Dogs say:
The Purey Cust Trust CIO has been generously supporting Guide Dogs work in York since 2009.
Guide Dogs supports people with a vision impairment in York, with mobility aids, training or services that fit their needs individually.
The charity is best known for their iconic guide dog service and recently the Purey Cust Trust CIO funded the training of a partnership in York. This can alleviate the social isolation that people with sight loss so often feel and gives them independence, mobility and freedom through their guide dog partnership.
